HOA MEMBER FORMS
The HOA is required to have an Age Verification Form for each resident by federal law. Please complete the attached form and email to the HOA prior to closing on your new home.
In an effort to reduce costs to the Association and move into the electronic age, the Association would like to begin sending official universal HOA information via email instead of U.S. Mail (USPS). To use email communication in lieu of the USPS, the permission and signature(s) of the lot titleholder(s) is/are required. By signing this document, you agree to provide the HOA with all current email addresses, and to update the HOA immediately when changes occur. In addition, you accept the risk of email failures and agree to waive notice if not received.
All proxy holders must be the identified Voting Member for their own property. The Proxy Notification Form must be submitted at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting at which the proxy vote will apply.​

If you mail the form allow 15 days prior to the meeting date to ensure enough processing time.​

Proxy forms may be returned by the due date using the drop box in the Clubhouse.
The 3CW Board of Directors shall, by appointment, initiate a Candidate Committee to facilitate the HOA Member application process to fill upcoming board of director and standing committee positions.
If you are interested in applying for a BOD and/or Standing Committees, please complete this initial form and return to any Board member.
It shall be the duty of each Owner to register and keep current the name(s) of Owner(s), lot number, mailing address, and contact information with the Corresponding Secretary or authorized agent of the Association. Annual registration updates shall be due by September 30 and March 31, or by such date as the Board of Directors determines. The Association shall use said list(s) to notice all meetings and communications of the Association.
Complete the 3 Cherry Way Golf Cart registration form and drop it off with a BOD member or drop it in the HOA drop box inside the clubhouse.
